We will have a concise planning meeting to evaluate the important elements which need our attention, I will ensure your traditional values and customs are in place, by also providing any guidance on legal assistance you may require, focus on what is urgent by working with your suppliers & venue to meet your requirements.

We will provide wedding day support to ensure we take care of the final arrangements, oversee the guests arrival by giving you peace of mind allowing you both to enjoy your wedding day in style.

Wedding Day Assistance

This service is designed to compliment the bride & groom who have planned their wedding day and would like to instil the guidance of a professional wedding organiser on the day to ensure those finer details are dealt with. This unique service allows you, your family and guests to have a direct liaison through us with the venue, photographers and your chosen transport service.

Planning meeting 6wks prior to the event, this will allow for my team and I to go through all the requirements for the day, cross check with suppliers, and organise a meeting with the venue / hotel if we have not worked with them previously to ensure we are familiar with the layout, at this time we will also confirm the booking with your chosen wedding florist, photographer, videographer, and production team liaising on the coordination of times and schedules.
